No one should carry that kind of a power. No one should hold the notion of that kind of a power being real. A mind doesn't really need a lot to totally fuck itself up. It's not your fault alone, we too share the blame. Together we create a world of individuals given too much power for anyone to handle. And why do we do it? Because responsibility scares the shit out of us.

A house needs a steady fucking foundation to build upon. A pyramid won't stand upside down. Ground control, do you read me?


And so, then, together, we end up with these kinds of decisions - 'cause we feel like we have to.
